The following Terms of Use govern your use of the Decisive Web Sites web site hosting service (“Service”). By opening an account you become a Decisive Web Sites client (“Client”) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must close your account immediately.

Your account authorizes you to use Decisive Web Sites to build and host a web site. You are not authorized to download, distribute, resell, or reproduce in any way the software that runs the site ("Software") or the graphic images provided with the site (“Images“). All title and copyrights in the Software and Images are owned by Decisive Business Tools, LLC (“Company”) and its suppliers. The Software and Images are protected by copyright laws, other intellectual property laws, and international treaties.

The following uses of the Service are prohibited and will be considered a breach of these Terms of Use:

• Client will not use the Service, in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or illegal.
• Client will not use the Service, in whole or in part, for displaying or distributing pornographic or provocative material that would cause offense to the general public.
• Client will not use the Service, in whole or in part, for sending unsolicited email messages.

The Company disclaims any and all warranties with respect to the Service, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fulfillment of any particular purpose, title, authority or non-infringement. In no event will the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential or exemplary damages relating to the Service. In no event will the Company’s liability for any claim relating to the Service exceed the amount paid for the Service.

The Company reserves the right to change its rates or the features of the Service, or to modify these Terms of Use through written notification posted at this site 30 days prior to the effective date of the change. The Company reserves the right to terminate service to any Client upon 30 days notice or upon breach by the Client of these Terms of Use.

Client may close their account at any time, but will remain liable for payment of services received prior to closing the account.  Hosting fees are billed at the beginning of each month, and an account closed prior to the end of the month will not receive a refund for unused time.
